The Origin Story

I started roofing in 2013. For years, I traveled the country responding to storms—Colorado hail, Florida hurricanes like Irma, wherever the work was. It was steady income, honest work, and I learned the trade inside and out. But something shifted when my fifth child was born. I looked at the calendar and realized I was missing everything. My kids were growing up while I was chasing the next damage report.

In 2019, I made the decision to start RRR Roofing right here in Saint Charles. I wanted to build something on my own terms, where my family wasn't just the reason I was working—they could actually be part of it. My family runs this company. Our project managers are family. Our office staff are family. That's not a selling point; it's just how we operate. When you're raising five kids on your own and building a business at the same time, you don't have the luxury of creating separation between those worlds.

What We've Learned

Experience teaches you things no course can. After years in the field and now running our own operation, we've landed on a few principles that shape everything we do.

Local ownership means accountability. We're not a regional franchise. We live here. Our kids go to Fort Zumwalt schools. We sponsor our local youth sports because these are our neighbors, our community. When we do your roof, your gutters, or your siding, you're not a ticket number. Hands-on leadership matters. I'm not sitting in an office while someone else shows up at your house. I've done thousands of roofs. I've dealt with insurance claims in person.
